I will be forever grateful for the experience I had with my assessment for autism and ADHD. After feeling failed by the NHS I knew I needed to take steps privately but was worried about how it would go and of course the cost. I can safely say it was incredible value for how comprehensive and life changing it has been. Andy was the most incredible clinician making me feel safe and secure in what is a vulnerable and daunting situation. I felt so assured by his wealth of knowledge and experience. I felt able to express myself throughout and that I was given every opportunity to get the most out of the whole process. The follow up and report were also fantastic and again very comprehensive. All the staff from the centre were helpful and sensitive in all communication and I can't recommend the place highly enough. Thank you!

After being told by the NHS it will be some time and being so uncomfortable in your own head. I looked around, and after a call to see how things worked, I got the information pack and booked everything there and then, and I’ve found myself now, it explains my childhood, my teens and into my adulthood. I can’t recommend these guys enough, nothing was rushed, took as long as it took Mine was even done during my time out the country, all via Teams. At 46 I can breathe today!

I am so grateful that we approached the Autism and ADHD Diagnostic Centre about my grandson. We had been struggling with him for years, and finally decided we couldn't wait on the NHS any longer. This was the best decision we've ever made. The staff have been nothing but helpful and caring from day one. Every enquiry was answered promptly with care and compassion. Our appointment was a positive and non-stressful meeting and I would highly recommend using Autism and ADHD Diagnostic Centre to anyone.

I visited this establishment twice for two assessments with Fiona and Yvonne. I was treated with respect, the staff were polite, patient and understanding.

We recently had a autism assessment with Andy for our son Ewan, I will struggle to find the words to explain how positive the experience was, from the first email I sent to the appointment with Andy was smooth and the communication from Kirsty and Dani was quick and very efficient .. shout ok to them😀. Andy is warm, approachable and supportive, putting my husband, myself and Ewan at ease right away. As soon as I sat down I knew this was the right place to have the assessment. Andy's knowledge and expertise is outstanding, put us at ease and explaining all parts of the assessment with us, going through every part, making sure we were ok and we understood the process. What stood out for us, was Andy's genuine kindest, when a situation like this can be scarey .. going for an assessment like this is not an easy process, but the outcome means that our son can move on with his life, he's not "strange" or "weird" He just has a different way of thinking and processing. Andy was able to help with the way we communicate with Ewan, going forward. If anyone is struggling with thinking you maybe living with autism or ADHD .. go and have this assessment done. It will change your life. It will let you see that this diagnosis is a different way of thinking 🤔 and wear that with pride. Thank you Andy.

I have went 27 years of my life thinking I was odd and very strange with my behaviours I would do or say, but few weeks I had my assessment done was so relaxed lovely people around and made sure I was okay throughout the whole process witch is big for me as I suffer with social anxiety also, few weeks on had my phone call to give me my results again I was giving my results and lovely words were spoken on how my freshly diagnosis is okay and it’s fine to have Autism at start the first week was such a weird mix of emotions but now it has brought so much comfort to my life now knowing why I am the way I am. I really can’t thank yous enough for giving me my life back I can now finally move on known everything is okay truly incredible all the work that’s put in and to make everyone feel so welcome and relaxed.

Andy was professional, yet incredibly down to earth and comforting. After having a previous diagnosis, this assessment felt much more about myself and my experiences. No regrets having both a private and NHS diagnosis now I’ve seen the differences in procedures. Many thanks, guys.
